My mind would race, and I felt like everything was closing in on me. It was hard to focus, and I began to feel like I was trapped in a chaotic fog where things didn’t seem real anymore. To ground myself, I took a step back and focused on my breathing. I made myself take a break, went for a walk outside, and reminded myself that I had control over my actions, even if the situation felt out of control. Breaking things down into small, manageable tasks helped me regain focus and slowly return to a clearer sense of reality.
